All product prices displayed on our website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and accepted.

If an obvious pricing or product information error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, cancel the affected order and refund any payment made.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing your order, you may receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Product availability issues.
Incorrect pricing or product information.
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

6. Payment

At this time, SHT World accepts card payments only.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Additional payment methods may be introduced in the future and will be displayed on the website when available.

7. Shipping and Delivery

SHT World currently delivers within Egypt only.

Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 working days after the order has been processed.

Delivery times may occasionally take longer due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. SHT World is not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and the conditions stated below.

To be eligible for a return, the product must generally:

Be unused and unworn.
Be in its original condition.
Not have been washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise used.
Include its original packaging and applicable tags.
Be returned in a condition suitable for resale.

Certain products or orders may not be eligible for return where applicable, including products that have been customized or otherwise made specifically according to a customer's individual request.

9. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, exchange, refund, or another suitable resolution.

is owned by or licensed to SHT World and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
